Employee Self-Service
Once logging in, the left sidebar has 5 categories: Profile containing general employee information, My Pay including paycheck information, Taxes displaying W2 and W4 forms, Deductions where employees find deductions/garnishments, and Time Off with PTO including vacations, sick days, and holidays. The notification center allows viewable paychecks via PDFs. The right-hand toolbar provides company updates and healthcare information.
Reports in HRIS
Provides easy, flexible, and powerful reporting capabilities. List widgets provide ad hoc information to be viewed and shared with others. Standard reports can be selected in the dropdown menu. Dashboards can be created for graphical views and analysis of important information for management decision-making.
HRIS Payroll

AppsInHD automation easily organizes payroll on the calendar. The payroll status bar indicates which step the process is in from scheduled to closed. Checks will be ready to distribute with ACH files available once payroll is completed.
Processing Taxes in HRIS
Once payroll is closed, processing taxes in HRIS is simple: verify if the numbers are correct, create and download the submission file with an open tax report in printable PDFs, and submit the files to the taxing authority. Process complete!
Electronic Benefits
Open an employee’s profile to gather benefit information. Click on the dependent tab to enroll, add, drop, or change information. The benefits transmission status bar allows you to verify and approve changes made. AppsInHD generates electronic files to be communicated with the benefit provider. Simple and easy!

The dashboard provides information feeds needed to organize, including customizable windows, centralized commonly used functions, alerts to navigate assignment tasks, and monitored automated processes.
