Our site is developed primarily the XHTML 1.10 Strict standard. Certain third party links and inclusions (e.g. Google Maps and Weather.com) do not comply with the standards. |

Our site makes extensive use of Cascading Style Sheets in order to separate appearance from content. We validate our style sheets against CSS Level 2.1. |
Technologies Implemented

HarrisData.com is hosted on i5/OS on the IBM i platform using the HTTP Server powered by Apache. We selected the i5/OS version for easy management, superior reliability, and bulletproof security. We also selected the i5/OS version to make integration with our other i5/OS applications easier. |

We selected PHP to develop our site, taking advantage of the integration of the world's most popular web scripting language into the i5/OS environment jointly developed by IBM and Zend. Our webmaster is a Zend Certified PHP5 Engineer, and utilized the Zend Framework to develop the site more quickly and with greater functionality. |
